Child table - How to create a child table

STEPS

1. CREATE a table which will be the child table
2. CREATE another table that will be the parent table
3. ADD a field to the parent table 
4. FILL the fields
   1. Field name
   2. Field label
   3. Display format: Choose a type of fields that can use a child table
      1. Radio from a table
      2. Pulldown menu from a table
      3. List of checkboxes from a table
   4. Database format: variable character field
   5. Table name: the name of the child table
   6. Name field with value
   7. Field name
5. SAVE AND RETURN
6. PUBLISH PARENT
