NAME

X-form - Dynamique form

STEPS

1. CREATE an email gabarit
2. CREATE a table 
3. ADD the X-Form widget on a page
4. EDIT the widget
5. INSERT
   1. Table name - choose the one you just created
   2. List of field
      1. All the fields: *
      2. Spécific fields: insert the uid of each field you want
   3. From message : the from email
   4. Check Admin email if you want to send the form to an admin
   5. Admin email: the email of the admin
   6. Client email if you want the client to receive a copy of the form
   7. Field that containt the client email : uid of the field that the client will put his email
   8. Email subject
   9. Email gabarit: choose the one you need
   10. With Captcha if you want to use a captcha
   11.  Message after the save : it will display that message after the form submit
6. SAVE AND PUBLISH
7. CLOSE the windows
8. TRY the form
