DESCRIPTION
This function create a physical connection to an Oracle database server.MODULE
In order to use module oracle, you must include the following file in the configuration file /usr/local/website/conf/project.conf:

Library : "/usr/local/lib/libsnora.so"
Init : "snora_init"
ChildInit : "snora_child_init"
}
RETURN
The return value is a pointer to the database which will be used in subsequent call.EXAMPLES
